Peanut Butter, Banana and chia Seed Bagel

A perfect grab-and-go breakfast, this “bagel” is the perfect meal replacement for you and you family on the go. it only requires four ingredients and comes together in a flash.

PB & Banana, Chia Seed Bagel

Serves for one,

Ingredients:
– 1 bagel, thin & toasted
– 2 tablespoons peanut butter
-1 Banana, Sliced to your preference
– 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

“There are enough peanuts in one acre to make 30,000 peanut butter sandwiches”

Directions:
1) Spread each slice of toasted bagel thin with 1 (one) tablespoon peanut butter.
2) Top the peanut butter-topped bagel with the sliced banana slices (to you preference.
3) Sprinkle with chai seeds until satisfied.
